Orlando Villa near Disney World – 2 Master Suites and 2 Twin Bedrooms

Our beautiful single storey 4 bedroom villa is situated within the prestigious community of High Grove, a peaceful gated community with wide streets and boulevards yet less than 10 minutes from Walt Disney World! This much sought after location places you in the ideal position to experience all that Orlando has to offer.

Patio doors (with child alarm) allow direct access out onto the pool deck as well as letting in plenty of sunlight and proving a great view.

Kitchen

The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with all the latest amenities including a large Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, large selection of Crockery and Cutlery, Toaster, Kettle and Coffee Machine (essential for those early morning rises for the Theme Parks). There is also a breakfast bar area with bar stools.

Should you wish to do any laundry, we have a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The kitchen has a telephone and answering machine (very useful should you need to contact the management company but are out at Theme Parks all day), all local calls are free and other calls can be paid for using a phone card (100 mins for £3.00 at Publix).

Dining Area

The Dining area is joined conveniently onto the side of the Kitchen. It contains a large modern glass topped table and 6 chairs, and is ideal for both formal and casual meals. A large window lets in plenty of natural light into this section of the villa.

Master Suite 1

The master bedroom is located at the rear of the villa. It has a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom complete with large walk-in-shower. Additional luxuries include hair dryer, clock radio and a television with Cable and built in D.V.D/C.D. player and a large walk-in-closet and drawers. The safe is also located in the master bedroom. The en-suite bathroom allows direct access out onto the pool deck and doubles as a poolside bathroom and contains a good supply of pool towels as well as bathroom towels. There is also a set of digital bathroom scales (useful for checking baggage allowance !)

Master Suite 2

The second master bedroom is located at the rear of the villa and overlooks the pool deck. It has a fantastic Queen sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a large walk-in-shower. There is a built in closet, Cable TV with D.V.D/C.D. player, hair dryer and clock radio. The final touch of elegance is your own private access via patio doors (alarmed) out onto the pool deck.
